When I pointed this out to them they apologised and told me to keep unordered item and they would send me the correct item, which has just arrived safely, a little late but I got a bonus item to boot, so, very pleased. Great price & quick delivery. Would have preferred protective cardboard packing. 2 x heavy hardcover books sent in thin paper & bubblewrap jiffy bag so both items arrived with completely unnecessary dents. Would like to buy more books from this seller but the thin packing is putting me off.

Shocking seller avoid and all costs have a disapointed son they marked my item as dispatched days after not received I messaged waited for reply they told me my item was damaged in warehouse even though had had already marked it as posted to me they didn’t contact me to tell me this or issue my refund before I messaged them do not buy from them unless you don’t want your item
